1. How can I download my FRC online by CNIC?
Log in to the Pak-ID app or website (id.nadra.gov.pk), select "Family Registration Certificate", provide your 13-digit CNIC, perform biometric facial recognition, and pay Rs. 1,000 PKR (or $10 USD for overseas accounts). The verified PDF certificate will be delivered to your registered email address.
2. Can a married person get an FRC by Birth (with parents and siblings)?
Yes. Even after marriage, you can select "FRC by Birth" to receive a certificate listing your biological parents and siblings. This is standard requirement when sponsoring a parent or applying for foreign sibling immigration visas.
3. What should I do if my Pak-ID fingerprint verification fails repeatedly?
Ensure proper ambient daylight with no harsh shadows or glare. Clean your smartphone camera lens, hold your 4 fingers steady together against a dark contrasting background (e.g. dark cloth or book cover), and keep the fingers 4 to 6 inches from the lens until the camera flashes green.
