Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Digital Credits

Zehan.pk delivers digital computational credits that are deposited immediately to your account wallet upon top-up approval. Because credits are non-expiring and immediately available for AI inference, top-up packages that have been credited and partially used are generally non-refundable once consumed.

2. Situations Eligible for Full Refund / Reversal

We happily issue full reversals and refunds under the following conditions:

• Duplicate Payments: If your banking app (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Raast) debited your account twice for a single top-up order.
• Uncredited Top-ups: If funds were successfully deducted from your bank but your Zehan wallet was not credited within 24 hours.
• Unused Top-up Balance within 7 Days: If you purchased a package and have not spent any of the purchased credits, you may request a full reversal within 7 days of purchase.
• Systemic Technical Outages: If prolonged service outages prevent you from accessing your account.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Credits that have already been spent on successful AI completions, reasoning queries, or image generations.
• Accounts suspended due to severe terms-of-service violations (e.g., malware generation, credit card fraud, API abuse).
• Promotional or welcome bonus credits (these have no cash redemption value).

4. How to Request a Refund / Dispute

To submit a payment inquiry or refund request:

Approved refunds are reversed directly to your originating Pakistani bank account / mobile wallet (Raast, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash) within 1–3 business days.
