How do Zehan credits work?
Zehan uses a pure pay-as-you-go credit model. 1 credit represents ~$0.0001 of computational cost. When you send a prompt, Zehan estimates the tokens, places a small hold on your balance, streams the answer, and settles the exact provider-reported cost upon completion. Any unspent hold is returned instantly.
Do credits expire at the end of the month?
Never. Unlike monthly subscription services (like ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro) that reset every 30 days whether you use them or not, your Zehan credits remain in your wallet permanently until you use them.
How much does an average conversation cost?
Zehan Go (free models) costs 0 credits. On Vision Pro or Vision Max, a typical question and answer costs between 5 to 25 credits (less than 1 to 2 Pakistani Rupees). Image generation costs an exact fixed anchor of 50 credits per image.
What is the difference between the 4 AI Tiers?

Pakistani Payments & Top-ups
How do I pay using JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Raast?
1. Go to the Top-up modal or /credits page. 2. Choose your credit package (starting from PKR 999 for 10,000 credits). 3. Copy our official Raast ID / EasyPaisa / JazzCash account number. 4. Send the exact amount from your mobile banking app. 5. Paste the 11–12 digit Transaction ID (TRX ID) and submit. Your wallet will be credited once approved (usually 5–15 minutes).
Where do I find my Transaction ID (TRX ID)?
After sending money in EasyPaisa or JazzCash, the confirmation screen and SMS receipt display a 'TID' or 'TRX ID' (e.g. 24891234567). In Raast, look for the 'Reference Number' or 'Transaction Reference'.
Can I get an invoice or statement for business accounting?
Yes. Navigate to /credits to view your full statement ledger, including exact transaction timestamps, top-up package receipts, and AI prompt settlements.
AI Capabilities & Urdu Intelligence
Can Zehan understand Nastaliq Urdu and Roman Urdu?
Yes. Zehan features native, first-class Urdu comprehension. You can prompt in Nastaliq Urdu (اردو), Roman Urdu (e.g. 'ye code theek kardo'), English, or code-switched bilingual mixtures. Code blocks maintain strict LTR alignment inside Urdu text.
How does live web search work?
Zehan automatically identifies time-sensitive queries (e.g., today's gold rate, latest news, currency exchange rates) and performs live web retrieval across trusted open sources (Google News RSS, DuckDuckGo, Wikipedia), providing numbered citations you can verify.
How do I generate images in chat?
Simply type `@image` or `/image` followed by your visual description (e.g., `@image Faisal Mosque Islamabad during heavy rain at sunset, photorealistic 8k`). The studio renders the asset directly in chat with a 1-click download button for 50 credits.
Can I upload PDF documents, spreadsheets, or code files?
Yes. Click the paperclip icon in the chat input or drag and drop your `.pdf`, `.docx`, `.txt`, `.csv`, or code files. Zehan extracts the text in-browser and adds it to your prompt context.

How does the referral reward system work?
Every user has a unique referral link and code (`ZH-XXXXXX`). When a friend signs up with your link and completes their first approved top-up, your account receives a 500 credit bonus automatically.
Is there any limit to how many friends I can refer?
No limit! You can share your link on WhatsApp, Twitter, Facebook, or university groups to earn continuous credit rewards.
