1. Overview & Agreement

Welcome to Zehan.pk (“Zehan”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website, AI gateway, API, and associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Zehan.pk.

Zehan.pk is a sovereign multi-model AI gateway tailored for Pakistan, providing access to leading artificial intelligence models (such as DeepSeek, Claude, GPT, Gemini, and Qwen) with first-class Urdu language comprehension and localized payment support in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

2. The Pay-As-You-Go Credit Model

Credits Never Expire & No Recurring Subscriptions

Unlike traditional monthly subscriptions that expire at the end of each billing cycle, Zehan credits remain in your wallet permanently until consumed.

  • Credit Anchor: 1 Zehan credit represents approximately $0.0001 USD of upstream provider computational cost.
  • Append-Only Ledger: Your wallet balance is derived in real-time from the immutable sum of all credit deposits, reservations, and final settlements.
  • Reserve & Settle Architecture: When you submit a prompt, a conservative hold is placed on your account. Upon completion, the exact upstream token cost is billed, and all unspent hold credits are instantly released back to your balance.
  • Free Welcome Credits: New verified users receive 300 free credits upon account activation. Welcome credits are granted once per user.

3. Pakistani Payment Rails & Top-ups

Zehan supports manual top-up payments in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through local banking rails:

  • Supported Rails: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, State Bank of Pakistan Raast ID, and direct Bank Transfer.
  • Transaction ID Verification: When submitting a top-up request, you must provide the authentic Transaction ID (TRX ID / Reference Number) from your payment app.
  • Approval Processing: Manual top-ups are verified by our team within 5–15 minutes during operating hours. Fraudulent or recycled transaction IDs will lead to permanent account suspension.
  • Monotonic Pricing: Package pricing is guaranteed monotonic (PKR per credit decreases as package size increases).

4. Acceptable Use & Safety Policy

You agree NOT to use Zehan.pk to generate, distribute, or facilitate:

  • Illegal material, cyber attacks, malware, exploits, or phishing content.
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or non-consensual sexual depictions.
  • Hate speech, incitement of sectarian violence, or terrorism promotion under Pakistani Law and international standards.
  • Systematic evasion of rate limits, automated scrapers, or Denial-of-Service attacks against our infrastructure.

5. AI Output Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Artificial Intelligence models generate probabilistic text and images based on statistical patterns. You acknowledge that:

  • Verification: AI outputs may contain factual inaccuracies or hallucinations. You are responsible for verifying all output before relying on it for academic, legal, financial, or medical purposes.
  • Live Web Content: Information retrieved via live web search is third-party data provided “as is” and should be treated as reference material.
  • No Warranty: Zehan.pk is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

6. Changes to Terms & Contact
